Taneum is a 200 square foot off grid bunkhouse that is ready to be placed on your land. Some of its features are as follows:

-Fully welded 8” steel I-beams for a solid skid system

-Metal board and batt siding for ease of maintenance and longevity

-12 volt lighting and systems with a 200 amp hour lithium ion battery system and battery monitor

-Cubic mini wood stove

-11 Andersen brand windows to enjoy the views all around

-Spray foam insulation and R-21 fiberglass in the floor system with rodent screen for peace of mind

-sleeps up to six using convertible dinette (other furniture not included)

-2x4 walls 16” OC and 2x6 rafters to match

-12 volt plugs around and prewired for 120 volt plugs as well

-designed to be hauled on any heavy duty equipment trailer

-solid wood entry door

-Nickel gap T&G Interior

-Live edge countertops and shelving

-In house designed and built staircase to loft

-Covered porch is designed to fold down for transportation

Every good building has a great foundation. We want you to feel confident that you are investing in a structure that will be there for the next generation. With this in mind we in-listed the help of neighbors over at Valley Steel Works LLC to weld us a frame that is solid. Then our floor system is constructed from 2x6 DF joists, insulation R-21, screening material to rodent proof, Vapor barrier, and Pressure treated ply wood under neath for protection from the elements. This is one of the things that sets us apart from the rest!
